I started working with Eric McKenna back in late 2019, when he saw me performing at the University Hospital and invited me to compose cello accompaniments for his upcoming album, Dry Spell. The recording collaboration evolved into a crashcourse for music composition, applied theory, and improvisation. Shortly after recording cello for the second song on the album, Eric introduced me to the Celtic Jazz band, SYNKOFA, and I've been performing with them since. 
Now, Eric and I perform as a duet, featuring original music that we composed together for Dry Spell (release and purchasing info here!), music from our next album, as well as popular covers including "Hallelujah" by Leonard Cohen (watch our take here!) and "While My Guitar Gently Weeps". Our sound is a combination of classical, world, and jazz. 
Since starting our duet act in 2020, we have performed multiple times at the OP Rockwell Cafe in Park City, at Camp Tracy in Millcreek Canyon for their Venture Out program in 2021, at rehab facilities including The Ridge Foothill, and at private events.
